1. Introduction

Welcome to Sibeve Group. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our promotional products, corporate gifts, custom apparel, and branding services in Eswatini.

2. Services

Sibeve Group provides the following services:

  • Promotional products and branded merchandise
  • Corporate gifts and custom apparel
  • Sublimation printing and custom printing services
  • Branding solutions and marketing materials
  • Event branding and promotional campaigns

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our official channels, including our website, email, or in-person at our Mbabane office. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Sibeve Group.

3.2 Payment Terms

A minimum deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or collection. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (Eswatini banks)
  • Cash (in-person at our office)
  • Mobile money (MTC Eswatini)

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Eswatini Lilangeni (SZL) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Custom orders may require additional setup fees.

4. Product Specifications and Customization

4.1 Artwork and Design

Customers are responsible for providing artwork in the required format and quality. Sibeve Group reserves the right to refuse artwork that violates copyright laws or contains offensive content. We offer design services at an additional cost.

4.2 Proof Approval

For custom orders, a digital proof will be provided for approval before production. Customers must review and approve the proof within 3 business days. Production will not begin until approval is received.

4.3 Color Variations

Due to variations in printing processes and monitor displays, slight color variations may occur. Sibeve Group strives to match colors as closely as possible but cannot guarantee exact color matching.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Time

Production times vary depending on the product and order size. Standard production time is 7-14 business days. Rush orders may be available at an additional cost.

5.2 Delivery

Delivery is available within Eswatini. Delivery fees apply based on location and order size. Customers may also arrange to collect orders from our Mbabane office.

5.3 Delays

Sibeve Group is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, shipping issues, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If a product is defective due to our error, we will replace it at no additional cost.

6.2 Standard Products

Returns of non-custom products may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material provided for customization. Sibeve Group is not responsible for intellectual property infringement by customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sibeve Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product or service.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

Sibeve Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Eswatini.
